A One Page Gospel Presentation
Learn the essence of it and lead someone to Christ
Life is futile without God. Without God, your life and mine is nothing but a short breath (a hiccup) in billions of years of time.
But with God, life can be rich and full and manageable and victorious (even in the toughest of times).
The Bible tells the truth (whether we are comfortable with it or not). The Bible says that we “shall know the truth” and it will set us free! Here’s what else it says:
God loves everyone and wants everyone (wants you) to spend eternity with him. However, all of us have fallen short of the glory of God, that is, we don’t always live the way God intends for us to live each and every day. Also, God is a just God and a God who is “just” must make things right.
Life is not fair, but God will make eternity fair! Therefore, sin can not be overlooked, (any more than children’s bad behavior can be overlooked). But in Christ Jesus our sins can be forgiven, covered by the blood of Christ, which poured from the cross.
Those who receive Christ as the only solution to their sinful nature and actions will be saved. But, also, many will not be rescued from an eternity without God and fraught with agony.
Those who do not enter into a personal relationship with the One who says “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but by me” and do not proclaim him as their Savior and Lord are lost for eternity.
John 3:16, the one sentence gospel says: “God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him will not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Question: Do you know without a doubt that if you die today you will be with God forever? If you don’t have that assurance in your heart right now, there is no reason for you to risk your fatal condition one more minute? I don’t want you to...God doesn’t want you to!!!
You can give your life to Jesus right now...and I mean right NOW! Will you bow your head and say this prayer of faith? Please pray after me:
Dear Lord Jesus/ I know that I’m a sinner./ I need and ask for your forgiveness./ I believe that you died for my sins./ I invite you to come into my heart and life,/ that I might be born-again./ I proclaim, this day, /that you are the Son of God./I receive you and trust you only/ for my salvation;/ and I declare before the world /that you are my Lord and Savior. /In Your Name, I pray. Amen.
If you said that prayer, truly from your heart, I would like to be the first to say “Welcome to the Kingdom of God! Welcome to an eternity in God’s love! You are saved by the grace of Jesus Christ!”
